LAUNCH RULES & WORKED EXAMPLES ↗
Arcade tokens: play for fun. Never spend more than you can afford to lose. Token appreciation is not promised.
One attempt per entry. No voluntary refund. No real deposits, withdrawals or burns are connected. A full lobby has three mirrored pools of three runners. Final payouts settle after all pools finish.
ENTRY RULES / LEAVE RUN
Locking commits the displayed tokens to one attempt. No voluntary refund. Wait up to two minutes for the lobby to start, then answer your call within 30 seconds. Keep a lobby or practice tab open for the warning; sleeping tabs may miss it.

SHARE & COMMUNITY
GOOD RUN? MAKE IT TRAVEL.
A close escape. A mega find. A route worth remembering. Share your runs and invite someone to play.
Use #RNNR and include the game link so your post is easy to find. Useful contributions may inform future airdrop consideration. Sharing, views and rank do not guarantee tokens.
Challenge ideas: clean escape, useful bug report, route teacher, creative clip and helpful bagworker. A memorable “biggest loser” story is not a reason to lose more. No reward formula or compensation is promised.

FRIENDS / COMMUNITY
Share a lobby link to meet in the same lobby. It does not reserve seats or make the lobby private. Password rooms, host controls and playing with your own token are planned experiments.
Official X and Discord links will appear here once confirmed. This preview is private; an invitation link does not grant access.
AIRDROP LEADERBOARD
BUILD YOUR RUN RECORD.
NET = returned tokens − entry tokens, from the same settled qualifying runs. This is the simulation leaderboard, not the Devnet wallet ledger.

MORE RUNNERS / ELIGIBILITY
Only settled normal Season 00 lobbies count, including solo runs. Demo-filled lobbies, owner tests, pre-Season-00 rounds and update refunds are excluded. These are simulation records, not verified human play. Future eligibility, allocations and review rules are not set; no airdrop is promised.
MY RESULTS / TOKEN HISTORY
Finalized tokens returned minus tokens entered, across all your settled test runs, including demo-filled lobbies. This is not your available balance. Free refills are excluded. The Airdrop Challenge uses a separate eligible-run record.
THIS LOBBY'S ACCOUNTING / SETTINGS
Ordinary loot allocated: —.
The maps mirror one funded pot. A cache visible in one pool may already have been claimed in another.
Where this lobby's tokens went
Ordinary loot extracted + progressive allocation + operating reserve + burn reserve = all entries. Any progressive extracted by this lobby is funded separately from the global progressive.
PROGRESSIVE ACTIVITY · RECENT EXTRACTIONS
Extracted means the runner reached the exit with the progressive. Assignments stay unannounced so finding one is a surprise. Signed developers also see diagnostic offers and returns; owner tests are excluded from the global pool and Run List.
OTHER OPEN LOBBIES
You can join another lobby after your attempt while the previous result settles. Each entry requires available tokens.
HOW LOOT, SPLITS & BURNS WORK
One cache. Up to three claims.
No founder profit share from new entries. The 1% operating reserve is intended for transaction and service costs. Unneeded reserve above its protected floor can be transferred 50% to the progressive and 50% to the burn reserve. Mega cache: 50% of ordinary loot. Four strong caches: 25%. Ten medium: 15%. Seventeen small: 10%. Values and routes are mirrored across the pools.
Only one pool extracts a cache: that runner keeps its full value. Two pools: half each. Three pools: thirds. A cache can be successfully extracted once per pool. Death or timeout returns carried loot to its boxes. Your result shows a range until all pools finish. RECEIVED is your total secured tokens; NET subtracts the entry ante. Integer rounding may differ by one token.
When the lobby settles, ordinary loot that no pool extracted goes 50% to the global progressive and 50% to the burn reserve. No automatic burn. New rounds have no recovery subsidy or split top-up. An emptied pool can still receive a progressive, but otherwise offers no ordinary loot.
A funded progressive may appear at the start of any attempt alongside ordinary loot. New lobbies use ordinary difficulty unless a different multiplier is published. It belongs only to that attempt and is not split. Extract its cache to secure it. Leave it behind, die or time out and the same fixed drop returns for another random assignment, one runner at a time. New contributions build toward future drops. Its appearance is not guaranteed on a daily schedule.
Timing, draws and rehearsal limits
The published run timer includes pauses and disconnects, with five seconds for result delivery. Refresh resumes the last saved checkpoint without resetting the clock. Pending results cannot fund another entry until settlement. While queued, practice a separate copy of your lobby maze. Practice resets ordinary caches, reveals no progressive assignment and cannot claim live tokens. Other practice uses a fresh maze. Suspended tabs or disabled browser audio can delay turn alerts.
Progressive eligibility needs a funded drop and no other runner in that tier holding it. In new lobbies, failure returns the same drop for another random assignment with no cooldown. Demo runners also qualify in demo-filled lobbies. Each attempt gets one draw, checked on the server at start. The configured chance applies to a 1,000-token entry. For ante A and base chance p, the chance is 1 − (1 − p)A/1,000. Larger contributions receive a higher chance. Splitting an amount into smaller entries does not improve their combined independent draw chance. Funding and active reservations constrain actual offers. Older committed lobbies retain their published cooldown.
Demo spectators replay the game simulation; human spectators receive periodic checkpoints, not video. Report suspected automation from any other player's row or spectator view. Marked DEMO runners are intentionally automated. A report is evidence for review, not an automatic finding, ban or refund.
This remains simulated-token play. Browser-reported outcomes are cheatable. Deposits, withdrawals, swaps, on-chain burns and automated anti-cheat are not active. The prototype has not been load-tested for thousands of players. Earlier lobbies finish under their original rules.
Developer rehearsal controls
ADMISSION / WAITING ROOM
Accepted human entries waiting or playing count toward the limit. Seat offers also reserve capacity. Existing runs continue during a pause. Demo seats are excluded; developer test actions are explicit overrides and can exceed the cap.
OPEN WAITING ROOM ↗Owner test: eight demo entrants, with you third in Pool A. Demo lobbies do not count toward the Run List.
Approved developer login and your registered wallet signature required. Paul and Nic have the same controls. These actions create or consume test tokens, never on-chain tokens. Gameplay & token settings ↗
Adding a simulated reserve creates test credits for burn controls and older recovery rules. It does not deposit real tokens or buy anything. New lobbies have no recovery subsidy.
New lobbies use persistent progressive offers: the threshold sets each drop size. Unclaimed drops return for another random assignment, without a cooldown. Each token tier has its own funded progressive. Settings freeze when a lobby opens. The reserve floor applies immediately to future test burns. No automatic recovery spending in new lobbies.
